Dual Slurry Wafer Knife Gate Valve
Technical Data
Dual's Slurry Wafer Knife Gate Valve is built with a cast or fabricated steel body and features a heavy-duty stainless steel bade. Removable seats on either side of the blade, provide a Bi-directional seal and deflection cones are available in a wide range of polymers and hard FACW materials.

The very nature of fabrication allows a maximum of flexibility in customizing to meet specific needs, materials, pressure rating configuration and Face-to-face dimensions.
Pressure Rating: 10 bar (150Psi), 50mm to 400mm,
90 PSI - 450mm
Flanges: Flanges comply with ANSI, Din,
SABS & BS.

Seats:Natural Rubber/ Nitrile/ Viton/ Butyl/ Hypalon
Gate
Material:Grade 316L Stainless Steel Blade, Fluorocarbon coated to reduce scale build up.
Thrush Bearings:To reduce operating Torque. (Handwheel Only)
Flanges:Size 50mm - 450mm flanges are drilled and tapped.
Lifting
Lugs:Valves have lifting lugs hole sized.
Certifications
Materials:All wetted parts have certified chemical and physical test reports.
Testing: Valves are tested as per SABS, ANSI, BS specification certified.
Actuators
All types of actuators can be fitted, electric, gearbox, hydraulic, pneumatic and handwheel.
